NORDLINE Solar uses the email address and the consent information you provide to manage this newsletter and send the product news and offers you request.
A subscription becomes active only after you confirm through the email sent to your address. We record the consent text and its version, the source page when supplied by your browser, and the request, confirmation and unsubscribe timestamps. We do not store your raw IP address in the newsletter records.
Active subscription information is retained while your subscription is active. Unconfirmed requests are removed after their confirmation link has expired for seven days. After cancellation, identifying contact and consent details are removed after 24 months; a minimal keyed suppression identifier is retained to prevent accidental automatic resubscription. A fresh request verified by you can resubscribe the address. Audit events are retained for up to 24 months.
You can withdraw email consent using the unsubscribe link in the confirmation email. Contact us to ask about your newsletter information, request access or correction, or request its deletion. Essential suppression information may be retained to respect an unsubscribe request.
